My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Dr Lora and her staff! Our dog had a large growth in his throats which turned out to be an infected salivary gland. Dr. Lora got our dog in for surgery immediately and was SO kind and caring to us and our pup. She explained in detail what would be done and the price was so reasonable. Another vet had quoted 800 dollars MORE for the same surgery! Thank you so much Dr. Lora and staff! We are so glad to have found a vet as caring as you.
First time client-- when I called the staff was very friendly, and got me an appointment quickly, which is great. Sent two cats to get treated for URI. Had to pay $50 EACH to be seen and 'evaluated', even though they were previously diagnosed AND in the same appointment which took less than 20 minutes. Paid over $250 for each cat to get one shot each to clear up the URI. When I received the estimate they had also added in worming for each, even though I never asked for it, and my cats had already been wormed previously. If I hadn't caught the extraneous worming charge, it would be $56 more.
Dr. Ryan and her staff are so caring and compassionate. They treat my animals as if they were their own, an Dr. Ryan is so thorough... She even took the time to go over my dog's test results from a prior vet!! Love love love Riverside.
I needed medication for my dog and was in from out of state. Not familiar with the area and not sure what to do I contacted them hoping they could help me out. Between the vet from my hometown and them I had a precription within 30 minutes. Thank you ALL so much for making mine as well as my dogs stay not turn into a horrible disaster!!!!!
